Arrive at the trailhead the second you step out your front door when you access public land straight from the property on your way to hike in Mill Creek and the surrounding area.
Easy access to Pipe Dream, Slickrock, Steelbender, Mail Trail, Amasa Back - some days without even getting in the car, so you can save the fuel for driving to the put-in or the crag.
Amenities
The ability to enjoy space outside your home is important. Included with each unit is access to the community garden, fire pit, and dog park.
